Before booking your vehicle online, please contact us and send the following documents by email:

Full name, phone number, and home address.

Copy of passport.

Copy of a valid driver’s license (from your country of origin).

Copy of an International Driving Permit (issued under the 1949 Geneva Convention).

Your address in Japan (hotel or residence).
After verification, we will confirm if everything is in order for you to proceed with the online booking.
Please note that, in order to provide our vehicles in the best possible condition, we may decline your request if another booking is already scheduled close to your requested dates.
